A Winter Cocktail Full of Sun

Amanda makes a delicious cocktail using our Lumiere d’Hiver as one of the main ingredients: Lumiere d”hiver is our fortified desert wine made in the style of the Vin Deux Naturel wines from southern France. Lumiere d’Hiver is also one of the main ingredients that we also use for our Sangria on Sangria Saturdays (which we’ll be doing this summer again starting in May). Here’s the recipe for the L’Hiver en Rose cocktail:

60ml Lumiere D’Hiver, 30ml Triple Sec, 30ml mango juice and 15 ml lime juice – then add ice and shake in a cocktail shaker and serve
